Frequently asked questions
What is lorem ipsum used for?
It fills layouts with realistic-looking text before the real content is ready.
Is lorem ipsum real Latin?
It is based on a passage by Cicero, but the words are scrambled, so it has no meaning.
Can I generate a specific number of words?
Yes. Choose Words and enter the amount you need.
Is the text different each time?
Yes. Each click creates new random text, except for the classic opening words if you keep that option on.
